How to use strips?
1 Step
Open the package and remove the strips. You will need two strips per application, one on your lower teeth, and one on the upper.
2 Step
Place the strip on your teeth, align it with the gum line then press it tightly to your teeth. Bend the strip back to cover the back of your teeth. Repeat for upper/lower teeth.
3 Step
Allow a few minutes for your saliva to dissolve the strip and turn it into a thin layer of active gel. Do not remove the gel, it will be washed away by your saliva within 15–20 minutes.
